I could easily have gotten windows from Lowe’s or Home Depot for half the price but I love the windows themselves. Didn’t clean up broken glass slivers; originally weren’t going to repair broken plaster around windows (I had to push for that); lots of plastic waste for a company that claims sustainable practices... not convinced they’re worth the very high price.
I was shocked to see how small the window was in our new Bay window. I thought the windows would be the same size as the old windows. The new windows are 30% smaller will a lot of trim around them. The guys who did the install did a fantastic job but the windows that make up the Bay window… a complete disappointment.

I spoke to "Dan" or "Don", he let me know that they have a 3 window minimum. I only requested for 2 and possibly a door. The guy in charge told me that "he would be wasting his employees time, because it sounded like, I wasn't going to get a door!" Guess what, I am getting a new door as well. What a joke! We supposedly had appt today, to measure and possibly replace 2 windows. Had call and voice mail this morning saying they needed more information. I had to call several times to finally get a very rude representative that actually hung up on me. I have no idea if someone is going to actually show up or not.

if anyone has issues with Anderson fixing problems with the windows, please post. I talked to a supervisor who promised my family he would personally take care of our problems. He told us there were over 180 complaints and problems that Anderson is responsible for repairing or replacing and now he does not work for Anderson windows anymore. Not Good.
Worst company to do business with!!! The first installer they sent out did not know what he was doing, poor quality door and took them over 6 months to make right will never use them again!!!!!

Had a estimate for 16 widows and a patio door 2 years ago $36,000 dollars ,salesman said if u pay cash I’ll come down another 1,000 ,I said no way ,he said if you sign today I’ll come down another 1,000 no way ,let me call my boss ,my boss said I can come down another 1,000 I said I don’t think so ,I had it done by a local contractor for 9,000 🤑no wonder they drive around with brand new work Trucks and put full page ads in the local newspapers, I’m glad I saved a lot of money.
Set up appointment for estimate. Was rescheduled due to a death. Set up another. Went through lots of profile info. Had confirmation call over weekend. Curt was a no show today. I waited an hour TIME IS MONEY! I had to confirm I’d be available for 90 mins!! That’s now 90 mins plus another hour! Then I called to see why estimator was late. Gal said she’d call right back.
