Approximately 5 months ago I replaced all windows in my home with Renewal by Andersons [RBA] plus a front door & storm door. I could not be more pleased with the newly installed windows and doors. I am so proud of them that I still have my sign in my front yard displaying that they are RBA Windows and Doors. Our two-window installation was scheduled for January 25 and was scheduled for 1-2 days. An ice storm was predicted for that day and the next with temperatures in the 20's. The workers removed the old windows and started the installation. The new windows and molding were not the color ordered, but they continued with the install, only stating that the correct molding would be ordered and used. The weather continued to worsen as they worked on the outside trim, causing the finish to cure poorly resulting in a tacky finish. In... read more
