Professional organization, customer service is the best I have seen. Follow up is timely and the estimator and installers were the best. You can tell they are company trained and not subcontractors.

We finally decided that it was time for new windows in our 40 year old house (honestly, time flies way too fast) After examining the various companies that offer windows, especially replacement windows, we called Renewal by Andersen of Northwest Ohio and a couple of others. Renewal by Anderson installed custom quality replacement windows in our home this December. The sales staff was friendly, respectful and easy to work with. The client service representative was very helpful when we needed to reschedule the installation last minute, due to a family funeral. The installation crew of three was professional, very hardworking and completed the job in two days, as promised. Approximately 5 months ago I replaced all windows in my home with Renewal by Andersons [RBA] plus a front door & storm door. I could not be more pleased with the newly installed windows and doors. Our two-window installation was scheduled for January 25 and was scheduled for 1-2 days. An ice storm was predicted for that day and the next with temperatures in the 20's. The workers removed the old windows and started the installation. The new windows and molding were not the color ordered, but they continued with the install, only stating that the correct molding would be ordered and used. The weather continued to worsen as they worked on the outside trim, causing the finish to cure poorly resulting in a tacky finish. In... read more
