The windows are absolutely beautiful!! They are exactly what we wanted. The service, we received from the installers, was great! They called and set up an install date and time. They were there on time! When completed, he did a walk through with us. Showed us how to tilt the windows and install and remove the screens. Our property was totally cleaned up and looked like installers hadn't even been there. The windows give a new look to our house!! We couldn't be happier!!

We checked out a few different window companies. Although Renewal by Andersen's price was higher than the other companies, we are so glad we went with them! The windows are fantastic and the screens are barely visible! Lori went above and beyond as far as keeping us informed throughout the whole process. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of the maximum 5 star rating. We look back at the other quotes we had for windows for the entire house and...yes...some were definitely cheaper. It was the Andersen reputation for quality that was the deciding factor plus looking at some of the highly favorable reviews left by other customers of Andersen of Northwest OH. We were so impressed with our experience the first time we replaced our windows with Renewal by Andersen products that when we sold our house and moved into a condo we didn't even consider anyone else when we replace our siding glass doors. The service, product and installation was first class.
