I've dealt with a lot of rental management companies. The process is frustrating and always results in small issues. Always. Renters wharehouse did a great job of identifying and solving all issues that pop up in the process. Straight shooters, honest business owners, professional problem solvers. Dont think you could ask for more

Update: renters warehouse is using ai to respond where the response to my review is "i cant find you in our records" which is amazing considering in my review criticism they were over sharing to the point of doxing. Please one lawyer destroy this company. They are horrible and so open to a lawsuit

Heather Fruge and Renters Warehouse is #1. We called Renters Warehouse when our home was not selling this summer. Heather showed up within 24 hours and had our home rented within 10 days ! We are so happy we found them ! The experience so far is excellent and we are so glad we have them as our property managers.

I worked with Heather to move into my new place. While the lease went seemingly smooth i had to message her and tell her her message was confusing and I wanted to be sure I had the right amount. When I handed her the money I asked her if it was correct and she said yes. Then I get an email of a late payment and when I question her about this she sent the least professional message back and told me sorry I had trouble reading. Experience working with Heather Fruge was very disappointing, terribly poor and unresponsive communication and unprofessional experience. She is all over the place, not looking to do things in a good manner and build long term relationship. Seems like just out there to look out for herself and everything and everyone are after thoughts. They genuinely seem to feel and think that they are doing you the biggest favor by squandering in unethical way, big money off of you at their own whim.

Worst property Managment company. As a landlord I receive late payments. No explanation. They didn't keep their agreement and raised their monthly commission. Unresponsive. I have 15 units and let RW manage one of them. Absolutely regretting it and can't wait to find another property manager. If you have any doubts ... check out their reviews in other cities.
