Would give a zero star if possible. this property management company is an absolute joke. i'd had issues with them not wanting to fix anything that had gone wrong in the place i am living at. they have incredibly long response times and i truly believe they don't even read the email i send back to them. do yourself a favor and pass on this company. you'll thank me later for it. they rented out a house that had tons of mold growing in it and didn't disclose that information. took them over 4 months to fix the issue and then t... read more

Heather Fruge with Renter's Warehouse is slow, non responsive and unprofessional. We were very interested in renting an apartment downtown she was representing and met her there to view and tour the apartment. She arrived in sweats and workout clothes, which for someone representing an owner and company we were surprised at her unkempt appearance. We instantly wanted the apartment and applied the same day. Reymart from Renters Warehouse is very prompt, professional and efficient with handling all of the maintenance issues we have had with our properties. He is polite, thorough and gets questions answered from the vendor in a timely manner (usually the same day). If Reymart is handling your maintenance issues, be rest assured that your property is in good hands.

Renters ware house stole our belongings and then lied about the situation. Lies lies! Thank goodness for emails. My children stuff all gone!! Tv, brand new lawnmower, baseball cards that were worth top dollar. I could go on. Definitely look at property management before you rent!! Scum
I have never in my life ever experienced this level of customer service from a management company. Reymart from Renters Warehouse was amazing. We rent a condo from them for our elderly mother. She had a water heater issue that they addressed right away. Email response was super fast. And they consistently called and texted to update me on the issue and resolution. Whatever infrastructure they have in place to handle after hours and regular maintenance issues is incredibly efficient. I wish all management companies used it.

Not even a few hours after submitting a maintenance request in, I got an email confirming the authorization. Scheduling was easy and at my availability. Both gentlemen that came fixed all of the things listed, quick and easy. They were friendly and respectful to both my husband and I, and our home. The ladies that I speak to, through email, are SUPER sweet and friendly and makes sure everything is completed and completed correctly.

Do not use Renter Warehouse. Renters warehouse will not do a single thing about your security deposit. They leave complete authority power in the owners hands. This is wrong and they've done this to multiple people through the years. When working with the Security Deposits Coordinator, she literally stated that this the most effective method for them to conduct business.
