Horrible service!!! I moved out of my condo a month early in June & it was approved by the owner due to the fact that I was pregnant & due in July. I needed to be settled. I was told no charge for early termination would be given. Well when it came to getting my security deposit back, they added in multiple charges such as a 5 Day Notice for June, a late fee & rent for June. In order for a lease to be terminated early both the homeowner and the tenant would have been required to have a lease termination agreement signed. I have had nothing but great experiences with RW. I've dealt with the maintenance department (who are not local) and they have been courteous and quick to respond to requests. Locally, Kristina Garcia, is the best. She has gone above and beyond, every single interaction I've had with her. She's competent, professional and always follows up with me. I would highly recommend renting from this company.

Still waiting doe items to be completed since I moved in almost three months ago. Its ridiculous but they still make to collect my money monthly

Renters insurance who also works for Alto Properties does not pay their vendors. we did a painting project for two of their houses and we are no where close to getting paid. I have called several times to leave messages with Nicholas Gordon and Matt Foss and they have not returned my phone call. I even said I was going to put a lien on the properties and they STILL wont pay me. I wonder if the owners of these properties even now that Renters Insurance isn't paying their bills.

Hello Marlene, you work with Design Works Custom Painting and you are subcontracted through Mainworks. Our office has a contract with Mainworks in which we outline payment terms and it does not dictate how fast Mainworks pays their subcontractors. All of our bills have been paid within payment terms with Mainworks and will continue to be on time. If you have issues with receiving payment from Mainworks you must speak with them directly since they are responsible for your payment.

I came in for information to find out about how Renter's Warehouse could take care of the TRUST I have homes under. They were very informative about all information, and specially Kristina. She pretty much KNEW EVERYTHING OFF THE TOP OF HER HEAD and was on top of it. She followed up with me shortly after to help with any other questions and to help me make my decision. I am still deciding, but I like what I heard from them.

C a u t i o n - UPDATED: Downgrade to 2 stars due to maintenance issues. May 2 reported water leak coming from dishwasher after had been turned off over 12 hours - called hotline & reported on website. Reported as urgent. "Urgent" means even though reported in the morning, I was not contacted until the following day for a water issue. On May 4 I was given a 9AM - Noon time window that a worker would come. This is probably one of the most unorganized companies I have ever worked with. I rented from them for two years and it was an unnecessarily stressful experience. Almost every maintenance request took multiple request and phone calls. They even tried to get me to pay for damages that arose from an unresolved maintenance request and then threatened eviction. I moved in 07/2018 to a house with the following issues (I was hurried through my "walk-thru"): 1.) Fridge was non-operational. I was told that it wasn't working when I viewed the home before move-in (20 days prior) but that it would be fixed by move in. It wasn't. And 2 weeks later after 2 maintenance visits they had to replace it. Meanwhile frozen food was in coolers or given away. Money spent on take-out once we got past the 1st week without a fridge.. 2.)
