I really liked Renters Warehouse when we refurbished our condo. I did not know were to start but lucky for me they had a person who handled everything for us. Her name was Stephanie Grime. She went out of her way to ask us just what we wanted to do and she suggested some things for us to think about. It only took one phone call to Stephanie and she handled everything. I have been considering buying some rental property and I wanted to get some info on having the property managed. I spoke to Mike, and he was very thorough in explaining what they do and how they manage your property. He made me feel confident that they would take care of all my needs so I wouldn't have to deal with all the headaches that go along with being a landlord.
