This is my second time using Renters Warehouse to rent a property I've owned. First time went extremely well and the second is off to a good start. I appreciate that they are experts in property management and that they make tenant placement, rent collection, and maintenance so easy. Completely hands-off for the property owner. Thanks RW!
Matthew ****** was a professional, though out the initial listing and tenant selection process. He was locked in on market trends, what my house would rent for, and guided me through each step. On top of that, he was ALWAYS available and communicated with urgency which matched exactly what I needed in a partner.
Woke up a little panicked today that RW's app wasn't available, couldn't log in and my property manager left the company but I wasn't aware. I called RW support and spoke with Abby who did everything in her power to reassure me that everything was fine. She helped me get into my account, explained app was going through maintenance, and requested the new property managers reach out to me. She did a great job!
