My wife and I have worked with Bob Feland at Renters Warehouse for a number of years. He has found good renters for us several times, overseen the writing of several rental contracts, worked with tenants to resolve situations that needed correcting, referred excellent tradesmen to us for making rental repairs, and overall has made renting our single family home easy for us. This is especially important because we live out of state and are not able to take care of all the rental details that he does so well.
