We found a home on Zillow that was being managed by Renters Warehouse that we loved! Bob ****** was the agent assigned to the home. Bob a very on top of everything! He informed us that we were approved and had the lease signed within a few days! At the showing, Bob’s wife Paula showed us around and was really professional and kind! Bob at renters warehouse did an excellent job finding me a new tenant after my tenant of 12 years moved to a retirement community. The process was seamless and everything was handled through emails and doc you sign.

I worked with Ryan ******. He was incredibly helpful. I wasn’t in the city to view the unit. He went above and beyond to ensure I received a proper virtual tour. He responds to any requests quickly whether that is evening or weekends. If I had any questions, he was quick to ensure all of them were answered fully and any concerns I had were addressed properly. I sincerely don’t have any negative feedback at all. I highly recommend for anyone looking for his services to work with him. You will not be disappointed.

Joannie ***** is a Rock Star! I had an unfortunate experience with a tenant and they left the property uninhabitable. Joannie came to my rescue offering sound advice, options for fixing the property and alternative renting solutions. She communicated with me almost daily and virtually held my hand throughout the search for a new tenant. She has been reliable and is a role model for what landlords look for in assisting!
