Hello, I am pleased to review Mr. Bob F. who was my Agent. He and his team were very responsive, professional, and attentive to my needs during my stressful move. Bob also went above and beyond to ensure he met me for signings accommodating my schedule due to some out of town travel on my end. He is a true ambassador to the Renter's Warehouse and hopefully recognized as such. I will certainly do business with the Renter's Warehouse in the future and refer incoming Soldiers as well. Great maintenance staff and vendors. Josh came out same day had water Pressure fixed and put in new sink faucet. Professional and personable. I live far from Jacksonville put my request in at 10 am done by 2. Josh was in the area and called to see if he could stop and fix the water problem we were having. Fixed the issue of all three sinks improving pressure and because the kitchen sink was loose and hard to move he went and purchased a new faucet and installed it!
