The Jeffersonville Rent-A-Center has been great! The manager Kenny and staff are always friendly and easy to work with. They really take care of their customers and make sure you get the best deals possible. Every time I’ve been in, they’ve made the process quick and simple. I definitely recommend checking them out if you want good prices and people who actually care!
I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with my experience at the Rent A Center in Jeffersonville, IN. I have NEVER experienced this lack of professionalism or disrespect by a company in my life ! I got a washer and dryer set from this store at the beginning of the month, and was late one time on a payment by 4 days. I did plan on paying it today and when I went to my account it was double charging me. I have been doing business with this Rent-A-Center for almost 15 years and this is the best management team that they have ever had they're always friendly they greet me at the door they offer me good deals the service is great if I have a problem they come straight to the house and they're doing an excellent job
Every since Kenneth took over back from the last store manager, everything has been a million times better and the store looks so much nicer!
Great staff Austin and Troy are amazing they hooked me up with great deals and they delivered with much care.
