So yesterday I noticed that Rent A Center tried to charge me $23 for a service that I canceled. I found a mattress somewhere else. And I decided not to get the leasing option with Rent A Center, and I called the Norwood location and asked to see if they could cancel it. And the lady said she did, she said the refund would be on there for like 3 to 7 business days, and then last night I noticed they tried to charge for $23. Salesman Danny in Norwood was a great and helpful in explaining the furniture and the process of making payments and the contract. Very professional and courteous!!
If you ever return equipment make sure you get proof after it was returned. Such a shame I can never rent from rent a center again.
Dee and Landon were super helpful and pleasant. Made it easy to get a new bed.
New management made me stop using this place. Very rude, disrespectful. I've been going through them 20 years paid everything off. No more. Their rudeness is through the charts. Hopefully this business is the next to leave Norwood. No one needs a attitude or to be disrespected.
