My experience was great but when they say no credit check, they really do that. So don’t expect to get approved if credit is bad.
I never leaves reviews but this one is important. The new store manager in this store is very unprofessional and like to harass me about come picking up the merchandise after a few days late after due date. Melissia is right the assitant is not an very understanding person. I am a loyal customer and i pay off my items and usually pay to own more. I wanted to wait until nxt wk to make my payment and switch to monthly. All my income documents shows my monthly abd bi weekly and weekly income. Back to school time abd times are hard so I am thinking about either returning everything or just not doing business with them ever again after this.
was lied to told I would get $1 week promo with my $25 deposit but now told I can't have both. Also told I have to put up a minimum of $100 for electronics which was never told to me! Unable to change my payment dates even though I was never asked what days I get paid so would match up with my payday!
I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My interactions with rent a center since the new store manager have been deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct I encountered. I will not tolerate harassment in any form, yet that is exactly what Im experiencing. Sean was a great manager he was very understanding he actually talks with some sense.
