Currently we have a house rented out in Wylie and Jennifer Bluitt from Renters Warehouse helped us find a tenant. She worked with us diligently and found a tenant for us within just a few days. The entire process was made very simple and easy to follow by Jennifer. I highly recommend her service to anyone who's looking to rent out.
I have been with Renters Warehouse for over a year. Jennifer Bluitt was able to find tenants and get me a 2 year rental agreement, so I haven't had to worry about that house payment for over a year, She did all the leg work. I didn't have to do a thing. Any time the tenants have something with the house that needs repair or maintenance, I hear about it the same day and we resolve the issue within the next couple of days. Contacted this company about a home they had listed that was owned by Trio. Paid for 3 adult applications at $65 each. Found out we did not get the home and that we could transfer the app to another home. Found out that they did not have any other homes owned by Trio amd we had wasted the app fees after we were VERY CLEAR in letting the lady we dealt with know that we only wanted to apply for the Trio program. Feels like we were lied to and led to believe that we had to apply with this company to go thru Trio.

It was tax time a few weeks ago, and my accountant had a long list of questions regarding my family's rental properties... Did I work long and hard figuring out the answers, and then consolidate this info for my accountant? NOPE! :) I simply called Rhino Tongol at Renter's Warehouse and asked him every one of them. I would not recommend. I am baffled with my experience with this company. I also have documentation of how unprofessional my experience was. My fiancé and I are moving states and came across a property with renters warehouse, we applied and my mom who is currently in that state tried to schedule an in person tour but never heard back. Later on we were approved for the property but still hadn't seen it. Worst experience ever with a rental company. Tony Allen our rep and the company were super easy to deal with in regards to taking our money and us signing. We have been here 2 months and had 5, yes 5 major maintenance issues. First storm we were in front door flooded and took them 2 weeks to get that fixed with the owner saying "well it was not an issue before so he did not understand". Sent pictures and all. Do NOT use this management company for your property. A 5yr old would do a better job. The tenant was always late with his rent. Moved in a girlfriend and I dog and never signed the lease for any of that. Renters Warehouse did nothing. Not only where they slow to respond but no one ever knew what was going on. The only seem to manage to collect my payment for their services. Once our tenant moved out and they sent someone to do the move out inspection that was a joke.
