This is the worst management company. They charge you hidden fees. Not trust worthy and greedy. Stay away from this scam company you will regret.

Avoid renting/dealing with any property that Renters Warehouse (RW) is involved in. It will save you a lot of time and trouble. We rented a property for two years that RW manages. Since the first month, they were non-responsive. We finally were able to deal with the landlord - who was great and responsive and took care of everything! The only thing RW did was collect the rent. We moved July 31st, and it's way past the 30 days BY LAW to return the security, and we're still waiting. We received a letter stating what we're gett... read more

UPDATE 4-4-2019: Oh I still live here and you guys are still getting my rent money so don't worry about my name. Move out date from this horrible place cannot come soon enough. Each month gets worst. The trash cans are always overfilled, instead of fixing things you guys want to patch with bandaids. Pool didn't get fixed, it got covered with dirt, bald grass areas get sand/dirt mix instead of more grass. Air conditioning units are old, loud and rusty and no matter how clean you keep your home the roaches still come to visit.... read more

An out of town friend concerned why his house is taking so long to get rented. He asks me look at his place that has been up for rent for the last 5 weeks. See the pictures.

I received poor management while the tenants damaged my home. RW are slow to response to tenants request. Once they respond the work is not of repairs which causes further damage and more expensive repairs. They applied non-wood material to replace the dog damaged siding. As of current the plywood has dry rotted and caused more damage. I have a hole in my hallway ceiling due to poor plumbing work by RW. I want the damages repaired by RW or cost reimbursed.

Terrible company that will not live up to their agreements. We gave four months notice that we would move of a property at the end of August. In the middle of August we learned we needed to stay until September 20 and called Renters Warehouse to check if we could rent the property for an additional 20 days. Renters Warehouse contacted the landlord and then contacted me to say that would be alright. I had no contact with the landlord. Only Renters Warehouse staff spoke with the landlord. I am on my second year with Renters Warehouse, due to wanting to keep the tenants I have in the house (I am a landlord). This company is the most unorganized and poorly run management company I have run across. ***Nobody returns calls in a timely manner if at all. I absolutely cannot fathom a worse property manager than Renters Warehouse in Plano. Since I used them I've had 4 different agents in 6 months, since they have a turnover problem. There is no passing of information from 1 agent to the next and each time the new agents don't even know what properties I had under management. They listed one of my properties for way over the market price without my knowledge (I have a email trail telling them the right price to list it at) that resulted in my property sitting vacant for several... read more

We are currently renting a house in Dallas and Renters Warehouse is managing the property. We put in maintenance requests and it takes forever to get someone out to fix anything and I constantly leave tons of voicemails and no one ever returns my call. I do not recommend anyone renting from this company!
