We have been clients with Renters Warehouse for 5 years, Brad Neal and his staff have been excellent to work with. Always being upfront with communicating and taking the worry and stress out of management of our property. We highly recommend this business for managing rental property. Very easy to work with.
This place is the biggest joke. We had standing sewage water in our basement and they told us they would get back to us they never did, when they came to look at the water in the basement they told us not to run the water at all until they got back to us which they never did. I had to go through my land lord and he sent someone out and come to find out there are tree roots blocking our pipes (shown in the pictures) so the sewage just keeps reoccurring over and over everytime we use any sort of water. THE WORST. I rented at 4664 Parkridge ave took months to fix ac and I had to get the city’ inspector on it. They almost tried kicking us out 3 months before our lease was up we HAVE PROOF. We had paid 3 month advance by impact. Now we are trying to get out rental history and we have had no luck it’s been almost 3 WEEKS. and out deposit disposition is still not mailed to us. Currently I'm a tenant with this guy's and honestly i am still disappointed in the service they provided because they haven't provided any. My heat didn't work and caused my pipes to burst,not only did I contact them I contacted the landlord. Nevertheless during those extremely cold days I was forced to stay in that condition for a week because they were more concerned with paperwork than the well-being of their tenant. Horrible company. When I viewed the home, Sam was stuck up and left out MANY details regarding the home. I loved the property and it was in my budget so I proceeded. They false advertised the home on multiple sites as a 3 bedroom (which they lied and said they didn’t and I’ve proved to them) and told me I couldn’t use the 3rd room as a bedroom when they did the inspection. I NEVER would have rented a 2 bedroom because I need 3. They’ve charged me $30/month for air filters and my 14 months here I have yet to receive even one.... read more
