Great experience. Overall Renters Warehouse is very professional. The online portal allows for easy access to not only making rent payments, but viewing other important docs
I would select 0 if it was available. I have never had so many broken and dirty things when I have moved into a new rental. I don't think any cleaned anything after prior tenants moved out. Have been complaining of smell which i think is urine so bought a UV light to confirm. There are stains all over the carpet in the bedroom. Maintenance men were here four out of five days last week.

Once again this company should not even be in business. They don't know how to communicate. They can't get things fixed in a timely matter to save their life. This is just the most recent issue. Our washing machine has been broken since July 12th. It is now August 29th. That is not a timely manner. It is still not fixed. All they tell us is they're waiting to hear back from the owner or vender or maintenance person. There is never a solution, only excuses. Stay far far away from Renter's Warehouse!

Absolutely the worst. When you submit a MELD, which is what they call their maintenance requests, they act like they are going to fix it. Several times we have had service men come to our rental, assess the situation, and then radio silence happens. Most recently they sent a maintenance man to our home to assess an issue and then proceeded to say they needed more information from us. This is an update to my previous review. Concerning these reviews: They range from California to New Jersey to Florida, and leases and service may vary by state. Some reviews were written by landlords who are happy that their property was rented. Even so the overall rating is a dismal 2.4 stars. The first thing that you should be aware of is that Renters Warehouse is an inexpensive franchise. If someone called me after working hours with work related questions, what would I do? I'd tell them to shut up and call back tomorrow. What did Maria Guevarra at Renter's Warehouse do when I called her at 9pm on a weeknight? Miserable customer service. Extremely difficult to reach. They never fix anything. Do not go through if you have literally any other choice!!!!
If I could give a no star rating I would. They are the most disorganized, non-communicative and disrespectful. I suggest to not rent from Renters Warehouse as it has been the worst experience I've ever been through with a rental company. They have zero respect for their tenants time and money. Not to mention their customer service is at a zero for me. They throw on charges to your account and then won't answer what they are for or even get back to you. Stray away from renting from them if you can. Not a good company at all.
Horrible service only been with renters warehouse for a year now will never again rent from this lazy worthless company have countless service calls doesn't manage property's at all we have 2 couches at the garbage for 6 months now no one will take care of it we had to call for a parked car in my garage come to find out it's been there for 3 months after the person left black mold all over smells horrible
