We have had the pleasure of working with Mark while looking for the right house. He has been completely accommodating and available even short notice. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. I certainly recommend him and would love to use his knowledge as a resource in the future.
This organization is very unorganized and awful with any type of communication until the last minute. They try to guilt you into doing leases longer than needed. We have lived in one of their rental houses for a year now and the only time they have contacted or asked about anything. Was when we were about to terminate the lease and they contacted us through multiple people even though we had already sent in our notice to end it.
