Me and my family decided we should definitely write a review for Rouselle Silos at Renter's Warehouse considering all she's done for us over the last couple of weeks. A couple weeks ago, I called her with questions about 7 rental properties. She researched and answered every single question the same day I called. Then, I called again on Friday with a couple repair requests, and she and her team ALREADY have everything scheduled. I called Jayme Quillano at Renter's Warehouse last week, and called him again this week. I loaded his plate with work and questions during both calls; tax documents, status updates on open items for several properties, tech/site questions, etc. Why did me and my family decide we should write a review? Because he took care of absolutely everything, and he even added some extra work to his own plate because he wanted to check on a couple additional things that popped up during our conversations. I'm having an issue with my furnace and it's Renters Warehouse to the rescue. It's a long weekend and possible no one will be able to come out to look at it, but Rouselle helped get the work order completed and talked to maintenance all in a timely, professional, kind and understanding manner. I NEVER have an issue with Renters customer service. For me, they're the best in the business.

I called Queenie Valero at Renter's Warehouse this week, and did what I do at least once or twice a month. I asked a bunch of questions and added work to her plate. What did she do? She figured out the answer to every question, gave me updates on repairs, and helped me figure out and finalize several finance/accounting items. Queenie, I have no idea what your job description is on your business card, but my daughter has a suggestion. Incompetence is their middle name. They will cost you money. The rudest employees I have ever dealt with at a property management company.
