I'm having an issue with my furnace and it's Renters Warehouse to the rescue. It's a long weekend and possible no one will be able to come out to look at it, but Rouselle helped get the work order completed and talked to maintenance all in a timely, professional, kind and understanding manner. I NEVER have an issue with Renters customer service. For me, they're the best in the business.

Incompetence is their middle name. They will cost you money. The rudest employees I have ever dealt with at a property management company.

If you're an owner I would suggest staying away from renters warehouse. They do not verify if work was completed correctly on your home nor do they check their contractor's estimate to make sure it's accurate. I spent more money in the long run paying other contractors for rework their contractor botched. Their tenant screening protocol isn't the best and hide from me that the tenant they sent me has a recent past eviction.
