If you're an owner I would suggest staying away from renters warehouse. They do not verify if work was completed correctly on your home nor do they check their contractor's estimate to make sure it's accurate. I spent more money in the long run paying other contractors for rework their contractor botched. Their tenant screening protocol isn't the best and hide from me that the tenant they sent me has a recent past eviction.
Worst experience we have ever dealt with! Do not rent from this company!!!! We have had so many problems. This company is also connected with Alabama Rental Managers.
