Today, when I got home, my family let me know I BETTER write a review for Bernadette Fulgencio at Renter's Warehouse. When I asked why, they reminded me that she answered every single one of my rental property questions and somehow, ALREADY took care of a request that I figured would be an open item for several days. As an owner, DON'T! Their payment portal was unreliable, resulting in missed payments from the tenant. The tenant let them know of repairs needed, they never notified me or repaired them, resulting in damage to my home. I gave them written notice of plan to evict due to non payment and told them specifically not to accept small partial payments, they did anyway. Renter's Warehouse is a horrible organization. They do everything possible to abuse and harass their tenants in order to avoid doing their jobs. They have rented multiple properties in Winston Salem to students for several years that have dozens of code violations. Dani Bucholtz and Felicia Brower, employees of the Charlotte office, refused to address the issues when notified and claimed it was not their responsibility to fix since the house had been rented in "as-is" condition. Jon Ortner with corporate, family member of Kevin Ortner, President/CEO; Dani Bucholtz, Charlotte Sales Director and Felicia Brower, Charlotte Real Estate Advisor, along with the landlords they represent are slum lords.
