Where is the rating for zero stars? Horrible organization. This seems like a good deal until we couldn't vet the potential tenets thoroughly. we were fortunate to get excellent tenants but then the problem started with a maintenance issue within the first few days required them to call five times for assistance from a company called Blue Chip from Tampa Florida apparently they have one service rep in the Lexington NC area.
