Do not rent from them! As a renter, there are fees everywhere! When asked about such fees, I was reminded that I had consented to fees on the contract (dah!). When I pressed harder and asked what the fees were for, the representative could not give me an answer. The representative who showed me the apartment stated they would come back and replace batteries in the smoke/ CO2 alarms and the remote for the blinds. They never returned. Terrible service! I hired this company to manage my property, but all they do is pass messages around and never give any useful advice or help. In Feb 2025 I gave them a written three-month notice that I wanted to sell the house, and they said they'd already informed the tenant to move out by the agreed date. Now three months passed but the tenant still hadn't been notified. So I couldn't reclaim the property on time and my sale got delayed for another 3 months. Horrible property management company. DO NOT HIRE THEM AT ALL! Their fees are cheap for a reason. Horrible service!

Do not rent from renters warehouse , I unfortunately did and I rented a shit hole that was dirty but I didn't have a choice at the time , they add fees on for everything and anything, they didn't mow my grass they would come do the front yard five times and than do the back yard one time , I went with out a frig for a month !
