They are great and very quick with getting things fixed if needed. I have always had great customer service with there customer service team.

This is the worst service provider I have seen in decades. They don't care if your unit remain vacant for months. Neither do they follow up on renters that are past due. They will conveniently continue to take management fees from the reserve regardless. It took 6 months to lease up a vacant unit, and they showed no concern. Crappy service

The worst company ever. I rented from them in 2016 and ITS 2025 they are trying to garnish my checks for no apparent reason. The house had already neeed to be repaired when we moved in. The roof or siding had a whole in it cause we had rodents living in the wall. The windows was broken. I still have pictures. Now tgey trying to sue for over 20,000 and they been garnishing my checks for 2 years already. Yall crazy. They waited until it was time for us to move out to wanna come start fixing on things.
