Very poor service. The home was not cleaned or sanitized upon my move in, and I have waited 3 weeks for maintenance requests to be addressed. Further, no one has returned my calls or emails. They have yet to do a walkthrough with me, and they keep sending vendors by to take photos, but no one has actually started/completed any work to address my issues. Very unprofessional.

DON'T LEASE FROM RENTERS WAREHOUSE!! They don't care about tenants, only their bottom line, how much money they can make/save. If I could give less stars, I would! They rush getting you in, getting your money and have no interest in making your move-in experience and tenancy enjoyable, comfortable or livable. Moved from outta state--a big deal. I would give the company a negative 10 if I could. Not surprising they only have positive responses on the Renters Warehouse website. I still have not received my security deposit from the company. When my husband and I rented a home for 2 years upon moving to St. Louis. This was the worst company we could have chosen. The maintenance people can 2 or 3 times though we called several times for water leaking in the basement, carpet being mildewed and needing to be replaced. Nothing was ever done. Worst company ever!! 351 Conway Downs / Renters Warehouse : Unaddressed mold, foundation and water issues, family health problems Started renting from Renters Warehouse July 2018. Home address is 351 Conway Downs, Creve Couer MO 63141 Home had major plumbing, water, foundation, mold and insect issues since day 1. See pictures below for details of horrible mold. don't recommend Renters Warehouse to anyone. It has been a very challenging relationship. They do not call you back, ever. So if you have a problem that needs resolved, it won't be easy. Their accounting system is very difficult to understand so the billing statements are always unclear. There is very little to no communication. You get the billing statements and that's it -- then good luck getting someone on the phone. This company defines itself as "the largest property management company in the US". Think about it potential renter's - do you think that scale is going to help you and put you in a privileged position dealing with these guys? The answer is no, of course not. The entire business model of this company involves using their scale and position to push around the renter's to get a better return for themselves and homeowner. This company took over the management of the house I was renting and they're terrible. I moved out after giving the proper notice and their leasing agent didn't even show up for the final inspection. Then after leaving the house spotless, they deducted several hundred dollars from my security deposit for repairs and also deducted for utilities they said I owed. There was absolutely no damage to the house and I paid the utilities but now I can't get them to answer my emails. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

We did not choose this company to manage our property but they purchased the business from our previous management company ( who was wonderful). First off we were sent emails telling us how great they were and how many more benefits both owners and tenants would have with them.....so far no explanation of "all the benefits". A month prior to the change we had a new tenant move in on a year lease for a property with rent of greater than $2300 per month. Horrible experience-agent was horrible and unprofessional. I had to force my move in with threats. Would not recommend to another person. Tabitha was so unprofessional at seeing the house and dependently after my deposit. Horrible agent
