We had Jennifer *******assist us with renting a property in the Anoka area. She was very responsive, personable, and easy to work with. When we had questions she was quick to respond and explain until we fully understood. Overall the process was smooth and my favorite part is that even though it is an online application, they encourage an email/letter to ensure the approval process is based on the person/family and not just numbers on a piece of paper.
