Tim was very communicative and helpful in the showing and leasing process. He had answers to all of our questions and was on time for both our tour and being at our apartment to give us our keys. Any emails sent were responded to in a timely manner with all questions answered.

Nicholas ******** has been an exceptional person. I have been working with him for over 3 years now on multiple properties and he is always a pleasure to work with. He takes care of everything with little involvement from me and that truly is turn key. I stay out of state, so he goes that extra mile to help with little things and makes sure the tenants are comfortable. Charissa ***, the maintenance coordinator for Renters Warehouse (Phoenix) is incredible. She is quick to respond to work orders whether they are emergencies or not. She keeps me informed on all phases of the work order process to the assignment of vendor to the follow-up on completion of work. Sometimes the vendor doing the work has parts ordered which causes a delay and Charissa updates me on any delays and the reasons plus she is quick to follow-up with the vendor to help ensure any delays are minimal.
