The agent was useful and informative. I shared my concerns about my vehicle , my budget as well as one light that was out. I paid for the service that was recommended , however my car is still running very rough , which is concerning. The light was not repaired.
Recall service completed quickly and provided rental van as requested.

The best and fastest experience I have ever been through. This is the best dealership I have EVER worked with!! Shout out to Tony Oertli the sales associate, as he made the whole experience both fun and painless. If I could give 10 areas I would!! This Audi is the best car I have ever driven and its used. They forgot to fill up the gas tank but thats ok. Figured was probably only a brand new car thing. The car has something clicking/banging on the front wheels but they warranties the car so Ill just have to get it looked at.... read more
