Ali was great and I was in and out fast! Smooth process and I left a happy customer. Just be sure to ask questions especially when you are with finance,. Just make sure that you are understanding everything you are signing! Everyone was great that helped me through the process.

Good work. But I lost track of my maintenance agreement schedule and passed the 60,000 mark by over 5,000 and some items were not covered. That was very disappointing. Good customer service.
Dee and Terry the supervisor was very helpful to make sure my car was taken care of for the light that was on for my air bag but when I called to confirm appointment Matt said the car may need to stay over night. I asked to speak with a supervisor since I was told they could diagnose the car the same day when I made the appointment and Matt said the supervisor would tell me the same thing Matt said.
