Truly remarkable service experiences. Wendy Hagan is my service coordinator for both my vehicles. I always get fast exceptional service. The entire team is always responsive to my needs. Wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Oil change was fine, but I asked for new wipers and who ever installed them did not do it right and the one on the drivers side came off the next day. I put it on and it came off again. I went back and Jeremy came out and put them on correctly. He said they didn't have them on all the way. (do ya think). Thank you Jeremy!

My last visit was to my satisfaction, my service advisor, Jeremy, kept me up to date on my issue, found a hard to find part that I needed and had several options for me to choose from. He was always open and honest to any questions I had and the job was finished within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend RCJDR to anyone when service is required.
I went in with an Engine Light on but not blinking and added a routine oil change to the order as it was time. They did a full checkup, ordered the parts from Portland which arrived the next day and did the work then. Interim transport was provided. The prince was reasonable against prior work they had done, none of which prior work was anything but also very good.
