Very messy, don’t patch up the holes they put in your walls, don’t complete the job as planned. Biggest scam ever!
Don’t believe the hype of their “warranty” been waiting 2 days for someone to figure out why I don’t have hot water in my showers. I keep getting told that I need to call Delta about the warranty on the shower valves. Absolutely ZERO customer service after the fact!
You measure a company by the way it treats its customers. I had Repipe Specialists change my water lines to copper. I called 4 years ago or so due to a leak. The leak was fixed. Yesterday it leaked again. I called informed the lady that answered the phone and she said she would email with high priority the warranty dept. I waited 3 hours and called again. I talked to the after hours operator and informed him I had a leak. 30 min later ai received a call from 818-402-9400. I still do not know his name as I could not understan... read more
worst experience of owning a home and being forced to work with a subcontractor that did a very poor job, was rude and smoked constantly out in his truck. wafting in cigarette smoke every 15 minutes. when the job was done incorrectlytly I contacted repipe to fix the issue..... I was out of running water for a month. in contact constantly with repipe and the subcontractor I have 2 children btw. You repiped my house a few years ago and installed a takagi tankless water heater. It was NOT installed properly. There isn't an isolation unit or a flushing mechanism. You also NEVER told me it needs to be inspected and flushed yearly for maintenance. Now it isn't working!!!!! I NEED YOU TO FIX IT. I have been calling for several days without a response, not even a call back!!! HELP, I need hot water!!!
Horrible company! Safe yourself the headache and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! The guys working on my house made unnecessary holes everywhere! Got insulation all over my living room. Can't bring my children inside my house. They have no idea what they're doing. So unprofessional. Their supervisor Henry didn't return our phone calls!
