The sales person made lots of promises and had a lifetime warranty to back them up. I thought I was going to get a professional job. I had confidence in them. Then, their workers showed up without all of the materials needed. As of today it has been about two weeks and they are still not finished. I had a brand new water heater and whole home water filter ready for them when they showed up. By the end of the day both of those new units were broken and inoperable.
