RecommendedThis place is the worst. My friends AC has been broken since April. He has been telling the office and they have said they will "send someone to look at it". The repair guy comes by around late April/begining May and tells him it's the filter and that's it needs to be changed. AC still doesn't work. Repair guy comes back last week of June and says they need to get a new AC unit and that will take 2-3 days. the ac duct work wasn't put together correctly. So in order to have even a little flow of cool air in the front bedroom, every other vent had to bed closed. out of 7 vents in the apt, only 3 blew out cool air. tried to get maintenance to fix it, they blamed the thermostat for the issue. but they never came to replace it. Do Not Move Here. I went in early July to look at apartments, I was told that due to Covid, I could only look online. The model apartment looked good and I was told that they have both un-renovated and renovated apartment. I chose a renovated apartment. I awaited move in day and had my movers move all my stuff in and when I got to the apartment, that I hadn't seen before move in day, It was awful. Refuse to answer calls and messages once you’re moved in. Happy to take your money but not fix anything!! I just moved in a week ago, garbage disposal is broken and backed up into the dishwasher with nasty water! Unhealthy and unsafe for me and my daughter, still haven’t received a phone call or had someone fix it!

This is UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve been calling since 10:53am about my A/C. I’ve called a total of 10 times to get this resolved. I knew that maintenance wouldn’t work once it got dark, & 8 hours is more than enough time to get here for a maintenance emergency. It is now about to be dark & ive been told that the maintenance men on call are out of town. I’m extremely upset & distressed.
