This place has a Rat outbreak. You can hear them in the walls and make their way through crevices because walls are old and moldy. This place is ghetto it may accept section 8 vouchers because some people that I see around look like they just got out of prison. This place is very unsafe to even walk around day and night especially with homeless and crazy people walking around. They have lead paint that is in their bathtubs and sinks. Totally not impressed. I like the trees though if you’re allergic to oak like me, it’s a rough pollen season. Feel fairly safe but too many homeless wander through, & pass my porch often at night. Not every unit has hardwood floors! The carpet is old and cheap. I’ve been here 2.5 years and seen at least 4 management teams come and go. Maintenance people are very nice but overwhelmed. Have been waiting for weeks to get maintenance to get in here and fix things around here... also have been waiting for pest control and for the carpet to be cleaned....we moved in mid February and there was a ton of dog hair .. it was reported immediately and they haven't sent anyone to adequately clean the carpet! Disappointed to say the least
Once again, pool is not open yet. The reason is because its not been cleaned on a daily basis; it has the same trash from one day to another. I told them that one of the lights inside the pool was loose and all they did was take it out and leave it on the side of the pool. They do not vacuum the pool daily, lots of trash and hair inside the pool every day. SUPPOSEDLY THE POOL MUST BE OPEN DAILY FROM 10 AM TO 10 PM. Not to close it on Mondays to clean it. I've been here 3 months.. They've not made repairs in a timely manner!!! The management changes too fast also... Not satisfied at all... Quiet where I am , but the trash isn't cleared out( old mattresses & furniture by the dumpsters ) in about 4 weeks!! Also , no available recycling available for 3 weeks now???
i would never recommend this place to anyone. This property is old. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. If you dont mind overpriced apartments built 30 years ago then hey this is your place. Office staff i swear changes weekly. Current property manager as of right now is good. He has only been property manager for about 3 weeks though. He was just promoted from assitant. This is the third property manager i have seen in my year and a half living here.
