this community will be beautiful when finished. however, the office personnel are wonderful already! they are so friendly, helpful and really great about communicating about the community.

These ladies have gone above and beyond to provide assistance in every stage of this process. They are knowledgeable and always available.
I cannot say enough about the staff at WellPoint! I am truly amazed at their passion and attention to detail. [Name removed] is so caring and compassionate. She goes above and beyond ensuring that all of our questions are answered and has reached out several times with updates and just to check on us! You have a wonderful team, and I know great things are in store for you all!
We did not like the level of care provided by the nursing staff in the short period of time we were there. After finding a better fit for my grandmother, we found that there were many things we didn't like about RoW but didn't know any better when we friend picked it. While the grounds are beautiful and eye catching we found that not to be the case when you actually get a room. We chose Residences at Wellpoint because it was a brand new facility and also they told us that there would be pianos here for my mother to play - but that has not held true and they said they do not plan on getting any. That has been our main disappointment because that was a major factor in our decision to move here. I do like that it is a brand new facility with a modern design to it, it is just a very nice bright and positive place to be. I would recommend this facility to other families.
