Beautiful, clean facility and friendly staff, but after spending three days at Well Point with my 91-year-old father, I would not recommend it. My biggest concern is resident safety and the facility's apparent lack of support for aging in place. After leaving, I became increasingly concerned about my father's ability to continue living independently. We moved my parents in for varioud reasons. My dad was needign assistance. He is 91 and my mom, who is 88 was trying to do it all herself. It was killing them both. The staff at wellpoint was literally lifesavers.

We did not like the level of care provided by the nursing staff in the short period of time we were there. After finding a better fit for my grandmother, we found that there were many things we didn't like about RoW but didn't know any better when we friend picked it. While the grounds are beautiful and eye catching we found that not to be the case when you actually get a room. We chose Residences at Wellpoint because it was a brand new facility and also they told us that there would be pianos here for my mother to play - but that has not held true and they said they do not plan on getting any. That has been our main disappointment because that was a major factor in our decision to move here. I do like that it is a brand new facility with a modern design to it, it is just a very nice bright and positive place to be. I would recommend this facility to other families.
