After an 8 hour day of errands and fun we came home at 5:30 on a Sunday evening to our kitchen ceiling raining like Niagara Falls. After speaking with our insurance company and spending hours waiting for one of their many “preferred providers” to reach out we elected to pick our own mitigation team and called Restoration 1. Fabulous company and I highly recommend them! We had a pipe burst and they responded within 2 hours to help restore our space. They stayed that night until it was under control and prepped for their staff to come in the next day for additional work. The team was very professional and mindful of the situation. They were thorough in explaining all of the steps and worked quickly and efficiently.
I asked them to come look at mold I found in my basement. They gave advice for how for to remediate and cleanup, we're incredibly helpful, lent me a HEPA super sucking filter, and didn't charge me for ANY of it!! Can't recommend them enough!!
Everyone at Restoration 1 was wonderful to work with! I was very emotional when I ended up with water in my basement and every single person made a difficult situation tolerable. I would highly recommend this company.
