The staff was very helpful and informative. They reviewed my situation (flooding due to a broken sump pump) and gave me guidance on how to proceed to cleanup the water, etc. The next day they came with the pertinent equipment (i.e dehumidifier, etc.). The equipment was setup very quickly. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. The owners and their crew are UNUSUALLY on top of things. From answering the call, to scheduling, to showing up on time to receiving friendly, efficient and professional service. They are very fair with their charges, and they communicate really well in an understandable way too!
Angel and Joe did a great job our lower level that flooded. Our septic backed up!! They cleaned and sanitized all areas effected. Took molding off to allow walls to totally dry. They were pleasant and efficient.
After testing of my house, Joe Turner came out and reviewed my report and evaluated my best course of action. it turns out that it was just a air quality situation no need for remediation. His honesty was refreshing I would highly recommend using Restoration one.
