We purchased a home with significant pet damage and had several estimates. Not only was Sean� s customer service amazing, their prices are very competitive and service was impeccable. Everything was explained to us in detail and Sean� s knowledge and help was extremely valuable. I couldn� t be happier we chose Restoration 1!
Took care of everything related to our HVAC, including cleaning the ducts, for a great value. Easy, friendly, and communicative. While they had to reschedule a few times, it was clear they prioritize their customers? emergencies, and I would hire them again in the event of an urgency.
This company and its staff are superb! My water heater failed and flooded my basement while I was away for a weekend over New Year's Day. The came out New Years Day and were there until midnight and then every day that week for recovery of my basement. Their response and equipment reduced the damage significantly. Then they met the insurance adjuster when he was there to do the estimate and explained what they did and what was needed. As a result my insurance claim paid all of their service costs. The process was completely explained and all questions welcomed before, durning, and after the job was completed. The Technician doing the removal explained what was going to be accomplished and walked through the process at completion. Cleaned and removed all waste materials. Completely satisfied and recommend Restoration 1 without reservation.
They were very professional. I felt confident is the work performed. They cleaned up afterward, you couldn't even tell were there until you looked at the area where the work was performed. Both thumbs up!!
