Chris is a friendly owner/operator who genuinely enjoys helping people and going extra to do the job right I would gladly work with him again. My job went from small to big after a hidden wall was discovered saturated with a mystery mold, they handled it like pros in special full-body suits and plastic tarps to seal off the rest of the house.
The entire staff was extremely professional. They did a thorough job at a reasonable price. When a slight modification had to be made due to the condition of the flooring they notified me immediately. I would recommend them highly.
Was given very personal attention to our property, even though we were selling it. Their concern was not in doing only what had to be done for us to sell the property, BUT to also protect the new home buyers that purchased the property. Not only were they on time, they were early. They were very knowledgeable, they clearly explained everything that had to be done as well as what should probably be done. When it came time to do the work their estimate of how long it would take was accurate. They were very helpful, very accommodating, even did a bit extra.
