Jamarcus and Mario quay are the nicest and most professional workers I’ve had the pleasure to have in my home. The water meditation team were here daily to check the problem until everything was dry. I saw them 8 days every morning, called ahead to make sure I was available and gave me great information as how to proceed with the repair. Woke up in absolutely distress when we realized the creek water from outside was seeping inside through our baseboards. We called restoration 1 and they were here within an hour. Quay was amazing at assessing and putting an action plan together. Jamarcus and Mario showed up and cleaned absolutely everything while getting fans going etc. The way they handled this was unbelievable. Excellent service. Water heater caused flooding and they were promptly there and prevented further. I might say that Allison Elliott is one of the most professional person I ever dealt. Highly recommend their services.
Restoration 1 came out today within a few hours of calling to assess water damage in our house. McKayla, Scott, and Rico were very thorough, polite, and explained everything they were doing. We look forward to working with them.
