Restoration 1 was fantastic to work with. When a roof failure caused the ceiling to collapse in my office I was very stressed! But Restoration 1 was there to help in no time, working to mitigate further damage and to get my office clean, safe and back open. I would highly recommend this company!
Can't say enough about the quick response I received. These guys were here everyday for almost a week to ensure the house dried out and no mold was present! AJ was great at making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Highly recommend these guys!

Paid $2,500 deductible upfront to Restoration 1 of the Low Country for a ceiling patch repair. They collected payment, confirmed the job, and never showed up. No work was performed. I have all payments, receipts, and communication documented. Filing complaints with the BBB and SC Attorney General. Do not pay this company upfront before work is completed.
