I own a second home in the Myrtle Beach area and received a call from a neighbor about a leak in our home that had done considerable damage. My neighbor asked around and told me about an insurance agent neighbor who recommended Restoration 1. After the owner, Jake, looked and assessed the damages,he called to let me know his recommendations. I have worked for a cpl different restoration companies before, but restoration 1 of Harry County is by far my favorite one to work for. They take pride in what they do, they care about there customers n they are very clean n thorough with all there equipment n in everything they do

On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend when a water main broke in our beach community, Restoration 1 stayed on the job until water was restored - with a great attitude and professional, over the top service!

We found mold in our bathroom. When they came out to check on it they found it was into the walls and floors and part of the ceiling. They were able to remove all the mold. They had another company come in and test after they were done and all mold was gone and we were able to move back in. It was expensive but we know it was done right and are happy. If you have mold you need to call them.

I highly recommend Jake and his company, he shows up on time, uses high quality equipment and works until the job is completed. He will explain what he is doing each step of the way. He will also respond 24/7 to your needs.

The neighbor above me had a shower that overflowed in July of 2016. My ceiling was wet and eventually caved in (after leaking everyday). Our new property manager, Adams Realty, send Jake with Restoration 1. Four days later I have a new bathroom! he used good people and I would recommend them.

Jake of Restoration 1 has been amazing during our time of stress. He takes care of the issues with explaining thing clearly to you. He even helps calm you down. He has respected all of our special requests for our house and cats. Highly recommended!
