Restoration 1 of Newport News, VA was excellent, but I have to say that it was because of project manager, Dylan. We had called multiple remediation companies to ask for the procedures for removing mold and 3/5 of them do not follow the guidelines for mold remediation according to the iicrc. (Even though a couple of those companies said they follow iicrc guidelines on their website).
