Work was good quality and prompt. However, be careful and do not allow Tom/owner to get paid directly through your home insurance company, and make sure to get quotes from his testing contractors (for asbestos etc.). Tom quoted me one number, but then when the insurance company issued a claim check, Tom reissued his estimate that was higher, to match the insurance claim money.
