The team at Restoration 1 was great. Gabe & Joel were knowledgeable, kept us in the loop on what was going on, and worked with us all while doing a great job drying out our house after a broken pipe flooded the kitchen, living space and basement. They worked directly with our insurance and handled everything smoothly. I would highly recommend them!

You will be amazed! Chris, Gabe, Scott, Reggie, everyone I've dealt with have been great to work with! I manage a 500 unit condo community in Novi, MI. We have used Restoration 1 of WWC numerous times for water/sewer related cleanup and mold remediation in individual owner's condos. The before to after results are pristine. Their response time & communication has been excellent with every job. They share their knowledge so you are aware at every step. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied.

They were very friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly and had a lot of things to go through, move, and throw away after the sewage back-up in our basement. They really cared about my family and getting everything done well. I'd highly recommend them to family and friends.
