Respectful of property making sure they covered all my floors so as not to damage them when installing the huge fans used to dry up water damage in my attic. Every single person, from technicians to managers, were absolutely and totally professional.
While I hope to never again be in the position of needing this type of work done to my property, if I am ever in that position again I will definitely be requesting that Restoration Management be the company to handle it. Everyone was very polite and professional, and (in my humble opinion as a layman) extremely competent at their work. I always got the impression that everyone was working efficiently, neither excessively rushed nor taking their sweet time.
The guys that came in were professional and nice, and it was comfortable having them in my home.
