I would definitely recommend Restoration Management Co. Never having had this experience before, had no idea what to expect, They were "on time" (wonderful) efficient and kind. They did everything in an orderly fashion.. I was very pleased.
They were very professional and follow through on their commitments!
The only thing that really bothered me the most, and I do not know if this is through the insurance or through Restoration Management. But basically all of the money we got, that came out that was for the sheet rock and all the smoke damage and all the repairs, was basically less than the money that was given to have our laundry done, which was $37,000. We would have rather just gotten rid of all of our clothes and gotten like $10,000 than to pay $37,000 or $35,000 to have the laundry done. That just seemed way ridiculous. I... read more
They broke on my dishwasher brackets and they took out one of the cabinets but broke the countertop and I'm gonna have to replace it.
