I hired your company for mold damage due to a roof water leak. Your company did not address the mold problem but instead requested for an asbestos inspection which was not something that was any concern for us. At that time I was confused and not sure why Chris your manager was requesting am asbestos inspection and I thought it was required for them to be able to do the mold clean up. Abel was here yesterday. Hasidic he would call today to inform us of what and when something will happen. It is 5:40 pm. We hav not received any calls from anyone.

We were told that our TV needed to be replaced and so it was added to our claim. Our project manager called to see when he could pick up the TV and dispose of it. Once we received our replacement I called him and they cane and picked it up. Two days later we were notified by Samsung that our TV was registered to a different owner. My husband called the project manager to ask how the TV was disposed of and he was told it was “put by the dumpster”. That was a lie. I will not recommend a company that is this dishonest.
