Dr. Desai took plenty of time with me and answered all my questions. He is a caring professional.
Excellent doc. Listens well, examined in detail, and got to the right answer. The reverse I’ve prp treatments healed my rotator cuff tear and I’ve been pain Abby symptom free for 3 years. Since then have seen him for various low back, neck and si joint issues. Ty Dr Manning!
My ankle was muscles and tendons were torn and frayed and after some consultation they developed a plan. I had three procedures done and a “booster” PRP injection and my tendons and muscles are healed. No surgery. No long disabling recovery. Otherwise I would have had surgery that required almost 3 months of difficult recovery and PT and be prone to future injuries. I can’t thank the doctors and staff at Restore PDX enough for giving me my life back. Thanks!
Not only was she able to accurately diagnose my pain management issues, but she is friendly and she has a wonderful bedside manner! Her knowledge of how to relieve my chronic pain is working wonders!!

I first visited Dr. Manning when I had continuing pain in my neck/back that had been going on for several years. I also had tingling that ran down my arm to my hand. The pain was beginning to impact the things I enjoy doing most like golfing, gardening and playing with my grandsons. Dr. Manning did a full evaluation and ordered imaging. The imaging showed several issues. Dr. Manning took immediate action and ordered injections for the areas causing my pain. The team is very professional and they were able to diagnose and treat my plantar fasciitis. I had some follow up physical therapy and now I don't have any pain in my foot!
The end of July I had the stem cell procedure for my lower back. I've been experiencing extreme lower back pain that would radiate to my hips...it limited my life a lot. It's only been 8 weeks since then, but I'm already feeling better, moving better and am so happy with my results so far.
